Villa Spring1, a honeymoon villa for rent located in Kalkan Kördere, is one of the most ideal options for our guests who want a peaceful and comfortable holiday. Our villa, which is active 12 months in summer and winter with its heated pool, is in the category of villas with heated pools and conservative villas. Since our villa has a jacuzzi as well as a heated pool, it is also preferred during the winter months. With its sheltered pool (meaning the pool is not visible from the outside), it offers a holiday opportunity for our guests who value privacy. Our villa, which offers a holiday opportunity in a private villa just for you, is highly appreciated by honeymoon couples and families, and the satisfaction rate is quite high, including the winter months. The distance to the sea is 4.5 km.
NOTE: The sports room in our villa is located on the ground floor. You can enter by going down the stairs on the pool terrace. There is also a garden in this part and we also have a children's playground. VillaSpring 2 is located on the ground floor of our villa. The pools, gardens and entrances of the villas are independent from each other. It is possible to rent both of our villas at the same time, if the schedule allows. Only Villa Spring 1 guests can use the sports room.
NOTE: There is a cleaning fee of 1500 TL for stays under 5 nights.
NOTE: Pool heating is activated between 1 October and 1 April. If requested, a daily fee of 1000 TL is charged.
NOTE: The top and side windows of the inner pool can be opened and closed if desired.
General Notes: All of our villas located in nature are protected from insects, flies, butterflies, pests, etc. This note is valid not only for this villa, but also for all our villas that are intertwined with nature.
NOTE: Due to its geographical structure, our villas in Kalkan and surrounding villages are generally located on the slopes. Therefore, when going to the villas or sightseeing, you have to go uphill.
