Note: Indoor Pool, Spa Area, Winter Garden: Exclusive to La Mer Comfort guests, the indoor pool and spa area are fully enclosed with glass panels that can be made entirely private. The heated pool features a turbo massage and a powerful swim motor, perfect for swimming exercises. The spa area includes a 4-person hammam, sauna, and shower. Outside the villa, there is a private winter garden exclusively for La Mer Comfort guests, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and seating area with a view of Kalkan. The property also has a communal outdoor area with a basketball court and a children’s play area.

Note: Underfloor heating and pool heating are available from November 1st to April 30th at no extra charge. Outside of these dates, pool heating is subject to an additional daily fee of 900 TL.

Note: As this villa is located in nature, regular pest control is carried out. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, bees, etc., in the surroundings.
